Log in to LeadSquared

Sign in using your LeadSquared admin account.

Open Apps Marketplace

Go to Apps from the navigation bar and open Apps Marketplace.

Install Claritel

Search for Claritel and install the connector.

Configure Claritel

After installation, click Configure.

Establish Connection

Click the plus icon, choose the connector type, name it, and click Add.

Add Claritel Virtual Number

Go to Virtual Numbers, add your Claritel number, and assign a name.

Set Up Agent Popup API

Enable Agent Popup API, configure the panel settings and URL, then save.

Configure Click-to-Call

Enable Click to Call, select server-side API, add the URL, set POST method, choose JSON format, and save.

Configure LeadSquared Users

Go to Manage Users, edit user settings, and add the agent phone number.

Complete Claritel & Webhook Setup

Enter the telephony agent ID, enable call popup and softphone, then log in to Claritel admin and add the Webhooks URL.
