Simple Steps to Integrate Zoho With Claritel Telephony

Follow this guided walkthrough to connect your systems and go live.

Step 1

Install Claritel from Zoho Marketplace

Sign in to Zoho, open Settings → Marketplace, search for Claritel, and install the extension.

Step 2

Set User Permissions

Choose which team members will have access to the Claritel integration.

Enable Zoho Integration in Claritel

Ensure the Claritel softphone is installed. Log in to your Claritel account, go to Settings, enable Zoho integration, and confirm PhoneBridgeV3 is enabled in Zoho CRM.

Select Users & Send Confirmation

Choose the users to integrate and send the confirmation request.

Approve the Integration

Confirm the request by selecting Yes when prompted.

Verify via Email & Log In

Open the confirmation email and sign in using your Zoho credentials through the provided link.

Accept Access Authorization

Click Accept to complete the authorization process.

Open Contacts in Zoho

You may be briefly redirected to Claritel. Return to Zoho and open the Contacts page.

Make & Receive Calls

Click Call Now or the phone icon to place calls. For incoming calls, contact details appear automatically in a Zoho popup.

Add Notes & Follow-Ups

Add call notes during or after the call, complete the call, and record follow-ups such as tasks, events, or next actions in the Call Information section.
